Thank you for considering My Hydrogen Therapy as your choice for hydrogen therapy products. We stand behind our products and want you to have complete satisfaction with your purchase. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following warranty:
My Hydrogen Therapy products are covered by a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. During the first year of the warranty, if your product is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, we will provide a full refund towards the purchase of a new unit.
During the second through third years of the warranty, if your product is found to be defective or unsatisfactory, we will provide a prorated refund towards the purchase of a new unit. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the length of time that has passed since the original purchase.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, any attempted repairs or modifications to the product by a third party will void this warranty.
If you experience any issues with your My Hydrogen Therapy product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
